Bees or no to Bees

An Evening with BeeMa Honey

On Saturday 22nd June 2019, Riva Grill Bar & Terrace launched the Gourmet Series, a collaboration with award winning artisan Indonesian honey producer Beema honey. Entitled “Bees or no to Bees”, the hive to table dinner was created by guest chef-owner Jeremy and Culinary Director Deden and included organic artisan honeys along with other hive products including bee pollen, propolis and royal jelly. The evening was complimented with Bee story telling throughout the dinner by Beema honeys owner and Director Ms Fransisca Natalia.

We learned how important bees are to the eco system and the many health benefits they provide. All combined into a wonderful creative and exciting menu.
