A natural forest honey produced by  giant wild Apis Dorsata bees which make hives high up on the tree branches and collected from rainforests  throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

‘Honey hunters’ climb the trees and use smoke to temporarily disperse the bees. The honey is then sustainably harvested leaving the brood (eggs, larvae and pupae) and 30% of the honey so the colony of bees can survive and continue to grow.
