Beema Honey's Black Garlic Honey is a premium honey and wild forest raw honey from the Indonesian archipelago, cold infused with aged black garlic to create a delicious duo of amazing super foods full of nutrients. This pure honey blend pairs antioxidant-rich forest honey with single-clove black garlic, regular garlic that has undergone a high-temperature fermentation process, resulting in a slightly sweet, soft, tender and savory, chewy black garlic with an antioxidant content up to ten times higher than regular garlic.

USAGE:

Great for salads and dressings, dips and sauces, spreads, pasta and risottos, and barbeque glazes. STORAGE & CARE:

Store in a dry, cool room. Crystallization is a natural sign of pure honey, and it's still safe and nutritious. To liquefy it, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water, avoiding boiling. Not recommended for children under 1 year old.
