Gold Rush

Created in 2001 at the legendary Milk & Honey bar in New York as a simple twist on the classic bourbon whiskey sour.

Ingredients

2 0z Bourbon

​

3/4 oz lemon juice

​

3/4 oz Black Forest honey syrup

​

lemon twist garnish

Instructions

1. Add ingredients to a shaker and shake well.

​

2. Strain into a chilled rock glass over a large ice cube.

​

3. Garnish with a lemon twist.

​

​

Honey Syrup:

Combine equal  parts of honey and water. Warm until fully dissolved. Cool and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
